Instructions for full paper submission

Full-text Submission deadline: 25 October 2021

  Note: Abstract and the full text must be submitted by the submission system, not by email.

Papers must follow the standards that have been set, or the reviewer will not evaluate the paper.

  1. Papers received are original research or systematic reviews that follow the Prisma guidelines or recommendations from Cochrane (for publication). Participation in oral presentation without publication can submit original research, case study, narrative, or scooping reviews.
  2. Paper does not have ethical issues or has implications for sensitive issues such as ethnicity, religion, and race.
  3. Paper must follow the format provided (download).
  4. The email used by the first author and the corresponding author must be active and contactable.
  5. Author includes in the email a mobile phone number that can be contacted.
  6. Abstracts that will be processed for publication and presentation have paid the conference administration fee.
  7. The final decision on the publication of the paper depends on the publisher.
  8. Paper received for publication will be subject to a publication fee (according to the journal destination). Payment will be informed after the paper is confirmed to be received by the publisher.

 

Reviewing Process

  • The selection panel of the conference committee will consider all papers received by the submission deadline to ensure that the proposed paper is relevant to the Conference.
  • Paper selection notifications will then be sent out to relevant authors.
  • Papers that are accepted will be published in the conference proceedings providing at least one author registers and presents the work at the Conference

Selected papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in special issues of the:

Eligible papers will be facilitated to be published in indexed international journal (SCOPUS ).
